Alex did wonderful job on our 3 bedroom townhouse. We were getting it ready to sell this year. Alex was very punctual and he heard our concerns and questions very carefully.. He went out of his way to suggest us how we could save money and how things could look different then what we had in mind. He kept all the floors very clean and brought a huge change in our house. We had some challenges with old painted-over wallpapers on few walls and they were peeling. Alex gracefully accepted that challenge and removed all old wallpapers without changing his quote much. I was worried about going over my budget due to this but he asked me clearly if I was comfortable with any such costs involved.
